Answers:

What is the license number you are requesting in the sign up process.
For Pharmacies that would be your State Pharmacy license, for wholesalers that would be your wholesale license. We also request a DEA license number and VAWD (if available) for Wholesalers.

What is the cost to become a member of Pharmabid?
It's free. Any licensed Pharmacy, Wholesaler or Manufacturer can become a member of Pharmabid.

What is PharmaBid?
We are a company dedicated to bringing economy and efficiency to the pharmaceutical supply chain.

What do you do with the license information I provide?
We use this information in our verification process to protect our members. We only allow licensed pharmacies and wholesalers to participate in the service.

I'm concerned that my current wholesaler will see me on this site requesting competitive bids. Is there a way I can request my bids anonymously?
Yes. All bids are placed anonymously. Suppliers do not know who the bidding pharmacy is until both parties agree to the transaction. Buyers can see each bidding supplier. The purpose for showing the suppliers is so the buyers can make choices based on things other than price.

Can other pharmacies (buyers) see my bids and the suppliers who are bidding on it?
No. Buyers can only see their own individual bids and competing suppliers on that bid.

Can other suppliers see the price I have offered on a bid?
No. An individual supplier and their bid can only be viewed by the buyer (pharmacy). No other supplier or pharmacy for that matter can see the pricing you are offering on an individual transaction.
